As one of the major hosting companies in switzerland, Hoststar strives to offer its customers a high level of convenience. In cooperation with our client, we have developed a platform that allows users with little to no technical knowledge to effortlessly access data, configure web space and email accounts, and virtual server instances.

Hoststar provides hosting services to more than 40'000 customers. On a daily basis there is a need to configure FTP users, vServer instances, mail addresses or to help with issues.
Due to the fact that such configurations in Plex or Confixx are difficult to do for a non-tech savvy person and the sheer mass of customers, there was a large amount of manpower needed to run the daily business for Hoststar.
We were able to develop a solution where customers can help themselves. Configurations for mailboxes, domain name registration, and setting up new web spaces and users or accessing invoices can be performed intuitively by the users on their own.
MyPanel can be conveniently accessed online from any device: desktop computers, tablets and even smartphones. The solution integrates Hoststar's processes in a cost-effective way and gives room to work on new services.
